How can we help?

Common questions
Extension isn’t scanning anything.+

Make sure you’re signed into Instagram in the same Chrome profile. From Settings → Connected accounts, hit Reconnect IG. The scanner pauses automatically if your IG session expires.

I’m not getting Telegram alerts.+

Open the bot, send /start, then in Settings → Notifications hit Reconnect. The first message from the bot has to come from you for Telegram to allow the bot to message you.

A match looked wrong — confidence was high but the card was different.+

Tell us. Forward the match URL to support@scanforcards.com and we’ll retrain on that example. Low-confidence misses don’t hurt; false positives do.

I want to scan an account that’s private to me.+

You can — as long as you already follow them. The extension uses your own IG session, so anything you can see on the web, it can read.

Can I import a watchlist from a spreadsheet?+

Dealer plan only, for now. Drop a CSV in Settings → Import. Hunter users can request a one-time import by emailing support.

How do I cancel?+

Settings → Billing → Cancel. No questions. Your match history stays accessible for 30 days in case you change your mind.
